Caring for trees require planning and knowing what to look for at specific times of the year.

Caring for landscapes can take a lot of work and a lot of knowing what to look for. That is were our service contracts help you. Contracts start with scheduled visits throughout the year with a predetermined budget the homeowner is comfortable with, and end with quality tree care and discounts on certain services based on the plan you choose. There are two main benefits to a PHC contract. The first is the piece of mind in knowing your trees are constantly being evaluated and monitored. The second, is that most tree disease and pest treatments must be done preventatively and specifically timed with the weather and time of year. Usually, by the time you see a symptom of a problem it is too late to have any effective treatment that growing season.

We take our Plant Health Care (PHC) seriously. PHC is an integrated approach involving many aspects in plant care. Not everything is solved with a spray or chemical. That is why we often suggest a variety of options to care for a tree in a way that not only the tree will be healthy, but strong enough to not need chemical applications year after year or other treatments. Not only is it better for the environment and your tree, but it saves you money in the long run.

The Following is an overview of our PHC Contracts and base pricing:

Happy Aspen: Keep ’em from dying!

This plan is designed for the homeowner who loves their trees and just wants to keep them alive and around to enjoy. Focus is put on preventing major problems and catching any smaller issues before they turn into larger issues. It Includes:

  • 2 site visits. These visits are based on the makeup of your landscape and the types of common problems that exist. For example, if you have evergreens, one site visit is made in early spring to check for possible winter injury or signs of fungal infections.
  • 10% OFF basic PHC services. Spraying, injections, soil tests, and structural risk assessments.
  • Customized Budget. We will evaluate your landscape and ask you what you want out of your trees. Either we provide a quote of a treatment when we determine a need or you give a number to work with. Either way, treatments are only done within your scope of needs and the needs of the tree. Not because you gave us so much to work with.
  • Investment: $180/yr

 

Brilliant Birch: Make ’em Perfect!

This is our growth plan. It is designed for the homeowner who want their trees to be PERFECT. Focus is put on preventative treatments of any common or diagnosed problems as well as additional care services to give the trees the best chance at thriving in a landscape. This plan requires a larger budget for the first few years, but the long term benefits are priceless as preventative care will become less necessary and overall health care needs will diminish as the trees age. It Includes:

  • 3 seasonal visits: These visits are based on the plants in the landscape but will include an additional visit to cover any possible problem that may occur throughout the year. PLUS, with the discount, additional ‘on-call’ consultations are available.
  • 10% OFF all services: you get 10% off any service we provide or sub-contract.
  • Customized Budget: We will develop a plan that can be done all in one year, or spaced out over the course of a few years. We will outline the basic preventative treatments required and establish a budget to fit your needs and wants. And like always, only treatments that are required for the health of tree will be recommended or completed.
  • Investment: $375/yr
